Cancellation/Return/Refund Policy

1. General Policy
WISP operates as a marketplace with an Escrow system to ensure the safety of both buyers and sellers. Due to the digital nature of the assets traded (software, accounts, domains), varying refund policies apply depending on the transaction stage.
2. Cancellation of Orders
Before Transfer: Buyers may cancel an order at any time before the seller has transferred the asset or provided access credentials. In this case, a full refund will be issued to the buyer's wallet, minus any non-refundable payment processing fees.
After Transfer: Once the asset has been transferred or credentials provided, orders cannot be unilaterally cancelled by the buyer.
3. Returns and Refunds
Inspection Period: Buyers are granted a specific inspection period (varies by asset type) to verify the asset matches the description.
Disputes: If an asset is found to be defective or significantly not as described during the inspection period, the buyer must open a dispute. Our team will investigate. If the claim is validated, the transaction will be cancelled and the funds returned to the buyer.
Final Sale: Once the inspection period expires or the buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction, the funds are released to the seller. At this point, the sale is considered final and no refunds can be processed by WISP.
4. Digital Products Exception
Please note that standard "Right of Withdrawal" laws for physical goods may not apply to digital content once performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
