Funds are released to the rightful party based on evidence.

When to file a dispute?

  • 1Item not received after payment.
  • 2Item is significantly different from description.
  • 3The digital key/software account is invalid or banned.
  • 4Seller refuses to transfer ownership of the channel/asset.
