WISP - Digital Asset Marketplace

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WISP ("the Platform"), a project of XPANDZ COMMERCE PVT LTD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

WISP provides a marketplace for buying and selling digital assets, including but not limited to software keys, social media channels, and domains. We provide an Escrow service to facilitate secure transactions.

3. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information. You are solely responsible for your account activity. You must not list illegal items or items you do not own.

4. Fees and Payments

WISP charges a transaction fee on successful sales. All payments are held in Escrow until the buyer confirms receipt or the inspection period expires.

5. Limitation of Liability

XPANDZ COMMERCE PVT LTD is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
